How well do you know your customers? One of our clients commissioned us to find out more about them to grow their business more effectively:
Go Ape had lots of data about their customers but they had not done any deep analysis to benefit from this information.
Arkenford were commissioned to identify Go Ape’s current target market, develop a more robust and statistical method of selecting areas for new site development, and present this in a meaningful way that can be used centrally and at specific site levels.
Using GIS mapping tools, we were able to combine separate datasets to identify the target market and combine this with a drive time analysis of each site to identify their catchment areas.
This analysis can be used to fingerprint potential new sites with similar customer profiles or those that are rich in specific target markets.
